Shipping methods vary depending on the product(s) purchased, we aim to get most products to mainland Great Britain addresses within 3 working days. We use City-Link, Parceline, Interlink, DPD, Nightfreight and Pallet Track third party carriers which does mean that you will be required to give a suitable address for delivery. You are responsible for the delivery address you provide, we can not foresee problems that we are not warned of prior to dispatch.

Returns
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us within 7 days of reciept, in its original packaging and condition we will happily offer a full refund on the items returned.
Please contact us by email and phone before returning any goods.
Delivery charges will not be refunded if the goods have been delivered.
Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of items which have been opened and used.
