This is a single nylon wheel with metal bearing for the 4mm range of "2Ride" zip wire trolleys.
This will only work with the following "2Ride" branded model.
Green (with rubber handles) with 2 wheels
If you have a red, yellow or green trolley see here for replacement wheels.
If you have a blue trolley see here for replacement wheels.

The wheel(s) will only wear due to two reasons.
1. Extending the cable length - the longer the ride the warmer the wheels get.
2. User meets or exceeds the maximum user weight. (Remember maximums are what it breaks at not what it wants on it - we recommend not to allow users of three quarters of the maximum weight to use the ride to prevent wear.
Replacing the wheel(s) will not solve the problem, it will wear again if the ride is abused again. |
You may be better to look at replacing the model you have with a larger version to prevent future wear. Modifying the original specification or not observing the weight restrictions is dangerous and may cause injury.
